How it works
We inspect your clothes and check your pockets
We do "pocket inspections" for you so nothing ends up in the wash that shouldn't. All pockets and clothes are inspected before being washed.
We clean your items with extra care
Your lights and darks are separated and all your clothes are wash using cold water to preserve color (and save energy.)
We wash your loads according to your choices
Need hypoallergenic detergent? Want fabric softener? Just select the laundry preferences that are right for you.
We fold everything so that you don't have to
Your clothes are crisply folded, and your socks are paired, ready to be worn or put away when we deliver your clothes to your door!

Tama Pro
Pay by the bag, not by the pound. Save 3 hours or more a week and let our experts care for your clothes. Free pickup and delivery with no fees with all Tama Pro plans. Plans start as low as $70/bag.
Delivery
All pickups are between 8pm and 10pm. At 5:30pm, we'll text you a 30-minute arrival window of your Valet.
Not available in the evening?
No problem! After creating your account, activate Rinse Drop for person-less pickup and delivery.
Our Valet will pick up and deliver your oder to your doorstep, building reception, or another place of your choosing.

Donations
Tama will collect your clothing donations and deliver them to a local non-profit supporting our community.
To donate, just place your gently worn items into a paper or plastic bag labeled "Clothing Donation." Your Valet will collect it during your next Tama pickup or delivery and deliver it to our local charity partner.
